We will improve your child’s ability to label and recognize thoughts, while also providing the vocabulary needed to express themselves, since labeling is the first step to awareness and positive behavioural change.
Together, we’ll enforce self-regulatory practices that will better manage your child’s behaviour and reactions. We’ll learn how to actively bring awareness to demeanor and make better choices to be in a happier emotional place. Developing better strategies and consistently more positive emotional states as a result.
Reflecting on one’s state, can allow for better decisions to be made and lead us towards a healthier and happier life. How are you feeling? Up or down? Energized or low? By reflecting, we can develop the skills necessary to regulate and together, we’ll teach your child to adopt strategies that lead to a heightened level of self-discipline and motivation.
